GO…Reaching Out to the Poor in Guyana, South America

Guyanese Outreach (GO) is a Christ-centered, ecumenical 501(c)(3) non-profit mission. GO’s mission is to equip and strengthen local churches in Guyana, South America to more effectively evangelize and reach out into their communities, which are predominantly Hindu and Muslim. GO sends humanitarian aid and teaches job skills such as computers and sewing/crafts. GO’s high impact and special focus is to help prepare youths for a brighter future by offering functional literacy classes to primary students at affiliate churches, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education of Guyana, the Peace Corps, Volunteer Services Organization (VSO), with support from sister churches and individuals in the U.S.
Rekindling Your Spirit has adopted GO as the primary missionary organization that they support.
