Ignite the Torch Student Retreats:
Ignite the Torch retreat classes occur the fourth Sunday of every month. Amidst all the wild and crazy fun before and after the retreat class, the lordship of Jesus Christ is taken very seriously. Those students and parents who gather will learn how a life of authentic worship can release their core passion, giftedness, and purpose!
The retreat class instructor is Paul Singh, MA, LP. Mr. Singh has been an adjunct professor in Biblical Counseling at Northwestern College. Paul Singh is also an executive life coach and a Christian licensed psychologist who has been a guest lecturer for the nationwide “Meet the Expert” series at the Mayo Clinic.
The retreat class tuition is $10/class. The ten dollars covers the class, dinner, and all the retreat expenses. Parents, we encourage you to have your children pay for the classes so that they are personally invested in this time and take it seriously!
In terms of “attitudes”, there is a zero tolerance policy. If your child is distracting the class with an “attitude”, the ITT leadership will call you and ask you to immediately pick up your child. This is an on fire spiritual program that is calling forth the students of this generation to deeper levels of leadership in the body of Christ.

Hope Recovery Classes: Pastoral Care Counseling
The Hope Recovery Clinic pastoral care classes are designed to weekly refresh and equip pastors, their spouses, elders (key leadership), and caregivers (professional and lay) in deeper levels of biblical counseling.
Beginning April 1 through May 13, Paul will present the same biblical counseling material that he taught pastors at Northwestern College. The series includes new material from his Grace Theological Seminary training with Dr. Larry Crabb and Dr. Dan Allender. Paul will also use teaching examples from twenty-one years of clinical practice as a Christian licensed psychologist and marriage therapist.
Choose to attend one or all seven classes. Each offers in-depth biblical counseling training to enhance your ability to practically counsel your church members who are struggling in one of the following areas:

INTERVENTION TRACK
Therapeutic Intensives: A Rescue Mission
Have you already tried traditional 50-minute outpatient counseling sessions, but it didn’t seem to offer enough help? Or, are you having difficulty functioning on a day-to-day basis because of anxiety, depression, burnout, or a highly stressful lifestyle?
If you said yes to any of these, then a Therapeutic Intensive may be the best option for your current needs. This is an innovative Christian outpatient day program designed to help individuals, married couples, and families that have reached a point of crisis and need an urgent intervention that immediately includes intense clinical treatment. Paul Singh is the attending staff psychologist for the Therapeutic Intensives.
The Therapeutic Intensive is an excellent venue for individuals, couples and families who want to accelerate their therapeutic journey through concentrated focus on one or more issues. Such areas include family of origin issues, any type of abuse (sexual, emotion, physical or spiritual), depression, anxiety, co-dependant relationships and various addictions.
Paul Singh will devote one to five full days away from his family and normal schedule to work intensely with an individual, couple, or an entire family system in helping them to immediately jump-start their therapeutic process. Since Paul is a post-cancer survivor, he can only do a few Therapeutic Intensives a month, as his health permits.
Therapeutic Intensives may be scheduled Mondays through Fridays from 12 to 8 pm. The staff at Hope Recovery Clinic does the follow-up counseling. For more clinical information and outpatient day program pricing, please contact Kathy Stokes, our clinic administrator at Kathy.Stokes@HopeRecoveryClinic.com or 763-525-9900.
